The athlete's kitchen provides and promotes strategies to increase cognitive and physical health as well as over all well-being through a deeper understandings of nutrition and other key health factors.  The Athlete's Kitchen was founded by Stephanie Lodge, a writer, recipe developer/food photographer + nutrition consultant based in Denver, CO.
