Ingredients

  • 2 cups of blanched almond flour

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 1 cup grated zucchini

  • 1/2 cup Swerve confectioner

  • 1/2 cup avocado oil (or extra virgin olive oil)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.

  3. Pour the ingredients into an 8-inch pan or loaf pan.

  4. Bake for 40 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
