8 Pumpkin Spice Recipes using Earth Fed Muscle Witch's Whey

It's pumpkin season!  

This means pumpkin spice everything. I couldn't resist putting together a list of all my favorite pumpkin spice recipes including the ultimate protein, Earth Fed Muscle Witch's Whey.  All of these recipes were made with all-natural ingredients that taste just as good as they look! These recipes have a little bit of something that everyone can make and range from simple ingredients to recipes that require you to take a bit more time to prepare.  

 

Earth Fed Muscle Witch's Whey Recipes

1. Pumpkin Spice Brownies

Ingredients

  • `1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 scoop Earth Fed Muscle Witch's Whey
  • 1/2 can organic pumpkin
  • 1 TSP cinnamon
  • 1/2 TSP sea salt

Directions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Grease pan with coconut oil
  3. Combine all ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl and blend until completely smooth
  4. Pour the batter into pan and cook on 350 F for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

2. Pumpkin Spice Donuts

Ingredients

  • Simple Mills Pumpkin Muffin Mix (almond flour, organic coconut sugar, organic pumpkin, arrowroot, organic coconut flour, organic spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 scoop of Earth Fed Muscle Witch's Whey

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix in eggs, water and oil in a large bowl and add Earth Fed Muscle Witch's Whey and Simple Mills mix. Blend well. 
  3. Spoon batter into greased donut tin
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes, checking occasionally.  Cook until tooth pick comes out clean.

3. Pumpkin Bread

  • Simple Mills Pumpkin Bread Mix (almond flour, organic coconut sugar, organic pumpkin, arrowroot, organic coconut flour, organic spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of water
  • 3 TBSP coconut oil
  • 1 scoop Earth Fed Muscle Witch's Whey

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix in eggs, water and oil in a large bowl and add Earth Fed Muscle Witch's Whey and Simple Mills mix. Blend well. 
  3. Spoon batter into greased bread loaf tin.
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes, checking occasionally.  Cook until tooth pick comes out clean.

4. Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients 

  • Simple Mills Pancake Mix (almond flour, organic coconut sugar, arrowroot, organic coconut flour and sea salt)
  • 1/2 cup organic pumpkin
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 scoop Earth Fed Muscle Witch's Whey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 TBSP coconut oil

  1. Whisk eggs, milk and oil in a large bowl.
  2. Heat up lightly oiled griddle/skillet on medium heat.
  3. Pour batter onto griddle.
  4. Cook until edges brown.

5. Hassleback Apples with a Pumpkin & Coconut Sugar Glaze

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Melt butter - once cooled add in coconut sugar, EFM Witch's Whey, cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Peel apples - remove skin, slice in half and remove the core.
  4. Cut slices in apples leaving the bottoms intact.
  5. Brush apples with the melted butter and sugar.
  6. Spray sheet with cooking spray and place apples on the sheet, flat part down. 
  7. Bake for 20 min.

6. Ginger, Turmeric & Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In medium sauce pain - warm almond milk up to medium heat.  Do not boil.
  2. While heating up almond milk, blend up turmeric and ginger. 
  3. Pour almond milk, turmeric, ginger, 2 TSP coconut oil, 2 scoop Earth Fed Muscle WItch's Whey and 1/2 cup pumpkin all together in blender. Blend. 
  4. Pour to serve & top with cinnamon.

7. Earth Fed Muscle Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a big bowl, combine yogurt, pumpkin, Earth Fed Muscle and chia seeds
  2. Ready to Serve!

8. Earth Fed Pumpkin Oats

Directions

  1. Combine oats, EFM Witch's Whey, gelatin and water all in a bowl.
  2. Put in microwave and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Top with cinnamon for added flavor.
