2 pork chops

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

2 garlic cloves, minced

½ tsp. dried oregano

½ tsp. dried basil

½ tsp. dried thyme

1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper


Preheat oven to 400 F 

In a small saucepan, mix the balsamic vinegar, garlic, basil and thyme

Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer until it becomes a paste-like substance

Sear the pork chops on both sides in an oven-safe skillet (preferably iron)

Brush the pork chops with the glaze and set in the oven to roast for up to 8 minutes
