Baked Spaghetti Squash
One whole spaghetti squash can not only provide a decent amount of pasta for the whole family, but it does this while only containing 5.5 grams of net carbs per cup. If that’s not enough to sell you on the spaghetti squash, let’s take a look at all of the health benefits it offers.
Carbs: 7g (Net Carbs: 5.5g)
1 spaghetti squash
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp himalayan sea salt
1 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread parchment paper on top of sheet pan.
Cut spaghetti squash either way down the middle
Drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper on spaghetti squash
Put on pan and place in oven for 40 minutes
Once the spaghetti squash is baked, pull out and allow to cool
Scrape the squash out with a fork in a bowl
