Ezekiel Bread French Toast
This Ezekiel Bread French Toast is the ideal breakfast for a weekend brunch or save the leftovers for a morning when you're rushing out the door!
- 4 Slices Ezekiel Bread
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Mix everything except for the Ezekiel bread together in a large mixing bowl.
- Dip each slice of bread in the mixture, covering both sides with liquid.
- Cook each side in a skillet for about 5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Add syrup and enjoy!
