6 eggs

2 cups heavy whipping cream

32 oz organic pumpkin puree

3 tbsp cinnamon


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Prepare a 9 inch pie dish by spraying with non-stick spray.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk 6 eggs.

Add the heavy cream. Mix well.

Add the pumpkin puree. Mix well.

Lastly, mix in the cinnamon.

Place in the oven to bake for 60 minutes.
