4.2 grams of fiber
0.9 grams of net carbs
8.9 grams of protein
2 cups of blanched almond flour
3 whole eggs
1 cup grated zucchini
1/2 cup Swerve confectioner
1/2 cup avocado oil (or extra virgin olive oil)
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Pour the ingredients into an 8 inch pan or loaf pan.
Bake for 40 minutes or until edges are a golden brown.
