Keto Tomato Sauce

1 gram of net carbs

14  oz canned (diced) tomatoes

1 whole white onion (diced)

1 chopped garlic clove

1 tbsp grass-fed butter

2 tbsp avocado oil

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp oregano

Heat the avocado oil up in a sauce pan on medium heat.

Add the diced onion, cook until it becomes translucent. 

Add in the chopped garlic and chili powder, cook until it turns light brown.

Add in your tomatoes and stir.

Cover and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Add oregano and butter -- cook for another 2-3 minutes. 

Take off the heat and it's ready to serve!
