Keto Avocado Brownies

3 oz almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

2 avocados

4 tbsp cocoa powder

¼ cup erythritol

3 tbsp coconut oil

2 eggs

3.5oz dark chocolate baking chips (melted)



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Peel avocados, remove nut and place in bowl.

  3. Mash up until similar texture to mashed potatoes.

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl until mixed well.

  5. Cover a 30cmx20cm baking dish with parchment paper.

  6. Pour ingredients from bowl in the baking dish.

  7. Place in the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
