Ginger Rutabaga

Rutabagas are a great low carb substitute to potatoes and sweet potatoes due to their sweet flavor they create once cooked.



2 large rutabagas

2 tbsp ginger

2 tbsp himalayan sea salt

Avocado oil spray


Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Peel rutabagas and cut into cubes

Spread rutabaga cubes evenly on baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Spray with avocado oil

Season with 2 tbsp of ginger and 2 tbsp of himalayan sea salt

Bake at 400 for 35 minutes
